Instructions for Poster Session Presentations
Poster session has become a good way for authors to present papers and to meet with interested attendees for in-depth technical discussions. Please plan to make your poster presentation for questions and discussion. Poster session papers will be included in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.

Date and Time of Poster Session

Poster session will be held at Sky Lounge on the 5th floor of #E9 (Academic Cultural Complex).

• Friday, 1 November, 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm
• Saturday, 2 November, 4:45 pm to 5:45 pm

Instructions for Poster
• Set-up and Removal of Poster
The poster boards will be available for you to set up on the afternoon from 2 pm. A poster presenter must be present during the poster session. Otherwise, the paper will be considered as no-show. The poster will remain in place until the end of the poster session. All materials must be cleared out right after the poster session. You are responsible for collecting your poster. All posters left after the session will be discarded.

• Poster Preparation
Stationery stuff will be provided to keep your poster secure and in place. Poster number will be attached on a poster board. Please make sure your poster number in the final program. Poster board size is 1.3 m width X 0.9 m height. Poster should be printed on A0 (1189 mm width X 841 mm height) size paper. The poster template is available here.
