Submissions

Preparation for Final Paper Submission

Authors must submit their final version of camera-ready papers electronically in PDF format through the PaperPlaza system no later than Oct 10, 2019. Before submitting the final version, authors are expected to revise their paper taking into account the review comments of the reviewers. For papers accepted to be published in the RiTA 2019 Proceedings, six pages in the standard IEEE Conference Paper Format based on the LaTeX template or Microsoft Word template are allowed for each paper.

IEEE Copyright
An IEEE copyright form needs to be completed for each paper before submitting your final paper. PaperPlaza will guide you to the related page during submission.

IEEE PDF eXpress
All final papers must be IEEE Xplore ® compatible PDFs. Please refer to how to use PDF Xpress service, here. Templates and IEEE eXpress compliance: See guidelines on manuscript preparation in PaperPlaza.

In order to help participants understand presented papers, one description slide of accepted papers will appear on the Program Book, which will be displayed at the conference website. For those who have accepted papers, please prepare only one PowerPoint slide that illustrates your paper. You must only use the PowerPoint template available below, and convert it into PDF. For Poster Presentations
At least one person among the authors should be present in front of the poster during the presentation time.
