Registration Information
Online registration is available now. Please read carefully below before proceeding with registration.
At least one author of accepted paper is requested to pay for registration fee. Only accepted and presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The registration fee is only for one paper. If you have one more papers, each paper is requested to pay for additional paper fee.

Conference registration fee includes admission to AI Worldcup, Open KAIST, tutorials, welcome reception, conference banquet, refreshment breaks, and lunches.
Complete the online registration form below with paper information and select a registration rate properly for the paper(s). In case of wrong amount due, you may be requested to pay for a shortage on-site. Receipt of registration fee will be handed over on-site.
Payment Information
Registration payment is made in U.S. Dollars and Korea Won only. You can select one of two payment methods; bank wire and credit card.
Bank Wire: Early bird registration fee should reach the bank account below no later than Oct 10, 2019. All handling charges are to be paid by registrants. In case of the unpaid charge, you will be requested to pay for it at the time of the conference.

Credit Card: Credit card payment is NOT available online, but on-site. Bring a credit card and pay for the registration fee at the time of the conference.
If you need an invoice of registration fee with tax bill (if necessary), please download here and return the complete invoice to the secretariat with a business registration certificate.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be made unless a written request for cancellation is received after Oct 10, 2019. All refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation fee prior to Oct 11. Appropriate refund will be made after the conference.
