Preparation for Presentations
For Oral Presentations
Every presenter will be given 15 minutes for presentation including 3 to 5 minutes for discussion, including Q&A. Presenters will have to upload their files of presentation notes on the provided PC or laptop 15 minutes before the beginning of the technical session.
For Poster Presentations
At least one person among the authors should be present in front of the poster during the presentation time.
If there is no presenting author, the paper is considered as “no show”. Detailed poster information is displayed here.
No Show Paper Policy
Accepted papers are requested to have at least one author to attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers who do not attend the Conference will be subscribed to a “No Show List” in the IEEE website. The “no-show” papers will be excluded from the conference proceedings and will not be included in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. Refer to the IEEE non-presented paper policy, here.
Preparation for Final Paper Submission
Authors must submit their final version of camera-ready papers electronically in PDF format through the PaperPlaza system no later than Oct 10, 2019. Before submitting the final version, authors are expected to revise their paper taking into account the review comments of the reviewers. For papers accepted to be published in the RiTA 2019 Proceedings, six pages in the standard IEEE Conference Paper Format based on the LaTeX template or Microsoft Word template are allowed for each paper.
An IEEE copyright form needs to be completed for each paper before submitting your final paper. PaperPlaza will guide you to the related page during submission.
IEEE PDF eXpress
All final papers must be IEEE Xplore ® compatible PDFs. Please refer to how to use PDF Xpress service, here. Templates and IEEE eXpress compliance: See guidelines on manuscript preparation in PaperPlaza.

Please keep fonts and font sizes as prepared in the template.
